Automation in Part Production-Processing of Small Precision Parts

为促进加工产品稳定性，提高产品出产率，我司引进4台PDJ20机床，专用于加工小型精密零件，是一种具有较高精度、高刚性排刀型精密数控车床。并且我公司配置了相应的自动送料装置，以实现自动化加工。

PDJ20采用内置主轴电机结构，消除了传统传动带来的不平稳，且主轴最高转速可达6000r/min。采用日本NSK高精密主轴向心滚珠轴承，回转精度达到0.002mm以内。
