It is a company with nearly 20 years of professional precision machining experience and registered capital of 8 million RMB. The company is located in Chongshou Industrial Park at the southern end of Hangzhou Bay Bridge. It has a workshop area of 14000 square meters . Business scope includes the production and manufacture of automotive parts, bearing parts, lock parts, machine parts, ship parts, railway parts and bicycle parts. With turning, milling, boring, grinding, drilling, tapping, hobbing and other major machining capabilities, but also with cold punching, red punching, bending, pulling, riveting, polishing, assembly and other supporting processing capabilities. There are long-term stable and reliable partners for processing technology not available in the company, such as precision casting, MIM, powder metallurgy, zinc/aluminium die casting, heat treatment, electroplating, wire drawing of profile raw materials etc.

The company has a variety of production equipment such as 4-axis machining center, 3-axis machining center, CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, fine-engraving processing center, coreless grinding machine, surface grinding machine, broaching machine, punch, bending machine and so on more than 200. The testing equipment is complete, including three coordinate measuring instrument, projector, pneumatic momentum meter, hardness meter, altimeter, roughness meter, outer diameter and inner diameter measuring instrument, various calipers and micrometers etc. It also has the ability to design and manufacture all kinds of special measuring instruments by itself to ensure on-line efficient and accurate detection. The company is also equipped with die processing workshop, wire cutting, universal milling machine, surface grinding machine, ordinary lathe etc., to achieve timely delivery of samples.

The company has obtained ISO 9001 certificate in April 2014 and ITAF16949 on December 2018. Internal processes are clear, personnel responsibilities are clear, and they operate in strict accordance with the system.
